Further to my email last week advising changes to Variable Rate discounts, fixed rates have changed effective today. New fixed rates are as follows: -1 year fixed @ 6.20%-3 year fixed @ 6.15%-5 year fixed @ 6.04%-7 year fixed @ 6.30%-10 year fixed @ 6.45% Variable rates as of last week (no change to these) -5 year variable fixed at prime minus 0.50%-5 year variable open @ prime-Prime @ 6.25% Although fixed rates have increased today, we have a small window in that, until tonight, yesterdays rates can be locked in for clients.
